This event is a space to work alongside other women in a safe, held, sacred ceremony to celebrate this cross quarter festival.

We will be using the tools of circle, breath, movement and sound in order to transform: to release that which no longer serves us, and to call in that which does.

After meeting in circle, we spend about an hour in movement and dance, some of which is informed by gentle guidance which you can follow or not as you choose.  After the movement, we will drop into a guided breathwork session and then spend some time in integration at the end.

We will be connecting to our sexual and reproductive organs and tapping into the potent power held within the female pelvic bowl

These sessions can be potent and everyone experiences them in a different way – there can be joy and celebration, emotional release, shamanic journeying, spiritual connection. Sometimes it can be uncomfortable and sometimes blissful. The more we can allow ourselves to experience the full range of what we are capable of feeling, the more we can step into the truth of who we are.
