Herbal teas & hot urn provided for you, feel free to bring your own picnic & beverages for your day. We recommend 12 people maximum per booking.

You will have access to our changing room, solar showers & a compost toilet, we are a place committed to living gently on the earth so only natural products can be used on site.

Bespoke Retreat Day: If you would like to make your day extra special you can add on various traditional therapies including:

– yoga
– sound bath
– meditation
– dance/ sound journey with ‘Human Rhythms’ (silent disco headphones experience)
– cacao ceremony,

We can cater with vegan or vegetarian spread or picnic style or enjoy a sit down 3 course meal in the Apple Barn.
