Introduction to Linocut

A five hour workshop which will introduce you to Linocut relief printmaking and the techniques and tools used.
We will experiment with tools and surfaces, design and image-transfer, to each create a unique carved block to print (both by hand and table-top press) and take home.
Suitable for absolute beginners, or those who have only dabbled in the past.
Please bring an apron/ clothes that don’t matter and any images or ideas you might have… and an open mind.
