This FREE COURSE is set outdoors at the stunning Chyan Farm, surrounded by apple orchards, springs, streams, and beautiful woodlands, you'll learn about each of the 5 ways and how you can incorporate them into everyday life.

We’ve partnered with Mind, to offer a programme that’s all about getting outside, connecting with nature, and taking care of our minds and bodies in a fun and supportive environment.

Transport is available from Falmouth and Penryn, and there are still a couple of spaces left on this wonderful opportunity.
