Kundalini Shakti Breath & Dance Ceremony
December 18, 2021 @ 5:30 pm - 9:00 pm£20
Around every Wheel of the Year celebration (Imbolc, Ostara, Beltane, Litha, Lamas, Mabon, Samhain, Yule), Sacred Yoni is hosting a women’s sacred circle, breath and dance temple.
These sacred ceremonies are a chance to come together with other women and honour the earth at these power points whilst offering ourselves the chance for transformation using the tools of breath, movement, sound and circle.
Dance is a celebration: a way of celebrating your body, celebrating life, a way of giving thanks to the divine for the life you have been given. Human beings are born to dance. Our bodies want to move as the energy flows through them.
And yet we become restricted: shame, trapped emotions, trauma, cultural messages, societal norms – all these things prevent the free movement of energy around our bodies, blocking our chakras and energy pathways and restricting our movement.
These workshops are a chance to shake it all out and meet your divine feminine in this sacred women’s dance space – move without shame, self-consciousness or ego.
We also work with guided breathwork practices and embodied practices which are informed by whereabouts we are in the wheel of the year and our connection through our bodies to the seasons of our Earth.
This is a space to let your body speak, let your shakti move through you, to release your pelvis and dance from your yoni.
Sessions cost £20 per person and last 3.5 hours.

Tonight we will be celebrating Yule or Winter Solstice.
This is a powerful pivot point in the year – celebrated and honoured by our ancestors as a time of great power, shifts and transition.
This time of year represents the darkest point in the year, and also heralds the return of the light.
This is a time of death and rebirth – and this will be our theme for the evening.
I will be inviting you into a place of deep rest and nurturance, with a gentle dance and a long breathe after the dance to bring us deeply into ourselves, into peace and acceptance – allowing yourself to let go of everything that you no longer need to carry so that you can be reborn – ready for the next creative cycle, to begin as the light begins to return.
