Yoga Stops Traffick, Chyan Cultural Centre, Penryn – 15th March 2020

Stops Traffick unites yoga practitioners across the globe in support of Odanadi Seva Trust. The profits raised from these events help prevent human trafficking in India and support Odanadi in rescuing and rehabilitating individuals affected by modern slavery and sexual violence.

Come and join us for 108 Sun Salutations, or as many as feels right for you, child’s pose is also an option!

Programme

11am-1pm: 108 Sun Salutations (bring your own mat / blanket if you can) You can rest in child’s pose as much as needed

1pm-230pm: Bring lunch to share.

Cost: £20 (£15 of which will go directly to Odanadi Seva Trust)
