Mind, Body & Soul – 9th Feb

Beat the winter blues and give your energy the boost it needs.

Join our 3 hour mind, body and soul workshop – just £30 pp.
Josh from @TheSpaceMountHawke will start us off with some gentle stretches and improvised movement to explore our bodies’ range and to have fun – so no need to worry about how fit or flexible you are! Jill will share simple techniques (visualization, affirmations, group energy and self-compassion) to allow you to let go of any tension or stress. We will also use our collective energy to promote feelings of calm, confidence, resilience and self-acceptance. We end our time together with some group Reiki.
People who have attended our workshops before say they leave feeling lighter, calmer, more relaxed and energized! Surely, we all want a bit of that?!
We encourage you to step out of your comfort zone and give it a go for yourself

This workshop is designed for 16 years plus to help with a positive mindset.

We deliberately chose 10 til 1 to allow people to still have time in the afternoon for other commitments. So there’s really no excuse not to come along 😊
